By accessing or using Proba ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Services
Proba provides an AI-powered platform for conducting structured candidate assessments, language tests, and interviews. Features and functionality may change over time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes that affect existing customers.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised access. You must not share access credentials with individuals outside your organisation or use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
4. Limitations of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Proba shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.
5. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force.
