Enterprise-grade security for your hiring data.
Encryption
All data at rest is encrypted using AES-256. Data in transit is protected with TLS 1.2 or higher across all endpoints. Encryption keys are managed through a dedicated key management service and rotated on a regular schedule.
Access Controls
Proba enforces role-based access control (RBAC) across all customer workspaces. Administrators can configure granular permissions per user or team. Single Sign-On (SSO) via SAML 2.0 and OIDC is available on Business and Enterprise plans, enabling centralised identity management.
Compliance
Proba maintains SOC 2 Type II certification, audited annually by an independent third party. Our controls cover security, availability, and confidentiality. Reports are available to Enterprise customers under NDA upon request.
Incident Response
We operate a 24/7 security monitoring programme with automated alerting for anomalous activity. In the event of a confirmed data breach affecting your organisation, we will notify you within 72 hours in accordance with GDPR Article 33 requirements. A full incident report is provided upon resolution.
