1. Data We Collect
We collect information you provide directly — such as your name, email address, and organisation details when you register. When candidates complete assessments or interviews, we collect their responses, audio recordings (where applicable), and derived evaluation scores. We also collect standard usage data such as log files, device type, and IP address to operate and improve the platform.
2. How We Use Your Data
We use collected data to provide, maintain, and improve Proba's services; to generate assessment and interview results on behalf of our customers; to communicate service updates and respond to support requests; and to comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal data to third parties or use candidate data to train AI models without explicit consent.
3. Data Storage and Retention
Data is stored in encrypted form on servers located in the European Union and the United States. Customer account data is retained for the duration of the subscription plus 90 days after termination. Candidate response data is retained according to the customer's own data retention settings. You may request deletion at any time.
4. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data, as well as to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at privacy@proba.ai. We will respond within 30 days.
